| With the disappearance of “demographic dividend” and the demand for the sustainability in China, the conventional construction mode cannot meet the requirement of development as it is an intensive production method. So the transformation of construction industry is urgent. As the main stream of construction in many developed countries, industrialized building(IB) means the standardization of design, prefabrication production, mechanized construction, integration of decoration and informatization management. Although there are many advantages like labour saving, construction period reduction, quality optimizing and reduction of waste etc., the development of industrialized building in China is still in infant stage. This is mainly because in this new mode, there is a new relationship for all the participants. However, the lack of understanding of this new relations lead to an unknown to be more efficient, which causes the absence of supporting companies. It is the reason of the fragment of the industrial chain.So this article intends to research on optimising the stakeholder relationship in industrialized building from quantitative aspect. According to industrial chain theory and stakeholder theory, the role definition and relations definition of traditional industrial chain will be determined at first. Then based on the comparison of traditional mode and industrialized mode, the industrialized building industrial chain will be established to show the current state of industrialized building industry. According to the theory of industrial symbiosis, the symbiosis system of industrialized building industrial chain will be will be explored. Then the concept mode of industrialized building system will be established which consists of production system, consumption system, decomposing system and environment system. Based on it, the symbiosis degree and symbiosis coefficient of units can be calculated by the relative method in industrial symbiosis theory, which shows the relationship of each participants and their relative importance to the whole system. According to the stability analysis, the optimizing points will be found out and the corresponding strategies are discussed in this article. The results present the developers contribute more to the whole system, while the module suppliers, designers and surveyors should be optimised. Also the low degree of the demand for industrialized products is a problem. So in order to solve these problems, this article put forward some reasonable suggestions, including increasing the demand of users, putting more emphasis on the designers and surveyors, module suppliers should transfer from “make to order” to “prefabrication”, establishing standardized module system and achieving profit distribution and risk sharing mechanism. This research is helpful for the integration of current industrialized building industrial chain and can provide advices for the current stakeholders. Also, the stability analysis is helpful to reduce the uncertain of the whole system, which is important for the promotion of industrialized building in China. |
