Coordinated development of regional multi airport refers to all the airport in the area act with united strength, learn from each other, eventually realize that the system function is more than a state of each function of the airport. Beijing Tianjin Hebei metropolitan region has been basically formed, which provided the economic foundation for the development of multi airport system, offers a great opportunity for the regional coordinated development of the airport. The 12 th five-year plan of China civil aviation development has clearly put forward the implementation of hub strategy, strengthen complementary Regional Airport in Beijing Tianjin Hebei function, promote the formation of multi Airport system. So how to evaluate the coordination of multi airport system becomes a key problem. This paper is based on the DEA theory, and combining with the coordination theory, system analysis theory, constructs the multi airport collaborative evaluation model, using this model to calculate Beijing Tianjin Hebei multi airport, through the analysis of the calculation process and results, find the problems and conflict in development, puts forward reasonable suggestions.This paper selects four major airports in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region: the capital airport, Nanyuan airport, Tianjin airport and Shijiazhuang airport as the research object, using collaborative development theory, system theory, efficiency theory to analyze the harmonious development of regional multi airport. Taking each airport system in each year as a decision-making unit in the DEA(DMU), taking the terminal area, runway, apron area, area of navigable city quantity, airline operations, the number of passenger, cargo throughput,undercarriage inferior as the input and output index, construct using C2 R model to study the overall efficiency of each decision making unit, construct C2GS2 model to measure the technical validity and scale validity of each decision making unit. study the synergy of Beijing Tianjin Hebei multi airport system in two aspects, in one hand, study the coordination change of whole system and each subsystem over time, in the other hand, study the collaborative performance between the four airport at a certain time point. Through the comparative analysis of these two aspects, we can find the Regional Airport systemcoordination has improved significantly after the implementation of policy. In the future, the government should continue to vigorously support the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region coordinated development, optimize the allocation of resources; the airports should continue to strengthen cooperation, accurate positioning, to achieve mutual benefit.
