With the development of modern enterp rise management system of continuous improvement, as well as the continuous deepening of market economy reform, the performance appraisal is prominent day by day in the important role of management in enterprise application. A reasonable and appropriate performance appraisal system can help enterprises to improve m anagement efficiency, improve the management level of managers and management ability, at the same time effectively, purposeful and orderly implementation and the assessment mechanism can help the enterprise to realize the strategic tar get of a predeterm ined. On this basis, establish a sound corporate management procedure, perfect management mechanism of enterprise, have to im prove operator’s management ability, can help m anagers to accurately grasp the business development efficiency and degree of implem entation, so that each employee to play their proper role, work hard in the tar get task clear urge, performance appraisal is not only concerne d about their ability to work and results, but also has the role of evaluation and incentive employee.Baicheng company is a covers project on behalf of the owners to construction management, transportation infrastructure project financing and construction management, real estate developm ent business of state-owned construction enterprises. In this pape r, in order to Baicheng com pany as the research object, using the research m ethods of combining theory with practice, by collec ting Baicheng company performance appraisal of existing m aterials, application status and the on-site inves tigation to understand the perfor mance appraisal mechanism of the company, discuss the present city of Baicheng com pany in the perform ance evaluation of the problem s, put forward the improvem ent scheme is scientific and reasonable according to the exis ting problems and influencing facto rs, to build a strong operation, to achieve the expected goal of performance appraisal system, try to avoid the perform ance appraisal of m alpractice, help the company better employee performance management, really play a pos itive role of perform ance appraisal, in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the company.In this pap er, the auth or fully their own professional advant age, collect city company on performance management of documents and data, through the literature and interviews and other m eans, refer to experience of other data, combined with industry characteristics, highlight the industry characteristic s, using the basic theory of performance appraisal, through the internal data and real data analysis of reasons and Countermeasures of the existing perf ormance appraisal problem s. At the sam e time, through the study of this paper draws the performance appraisal is a continuous process of communication, the ideal state of the performance appraisal can effectively improve the work ef ficiency, mobilize the enthusiasm of the staf f, encourage enterprises to achieve s trategic development goals. The purpose of this paper is to hope that China’ s construction enterprises through the establishm ent of e ffective, scientific and reasonable hum an resource management system to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition in the m arket mechanism, solve a lot of construction enterprises is an urgent need to address the staff work efficiency is low, the enterprise actual profit is not ideal, assessment methods and finally puts forward some suggestions and hope to sim ilar enterprises for the dom estic industry’s performance reform plays a certain role in guiding.
