The development ways of rural tourism resources are government leading, enterprise investment, farmers' participation and more.The Investigation and analysis show Heyuan's main problem existed in the development of rural tourism are: single project of tourism, tourist needs to expand, the taste of tourists to splash, affected by the life cycle of rural tourism products and tourists' cyclical change; Heyuan's main problems are: in the protection of rural tourism to sustainable ecological environment under threat, the development of ecological environmental protection input, the influence of the development of the short-term benefit effects on ecological protection for a long time.The government should put the Heyuan rural tourism development and tourism resources protection countermeasures, including: following the principle of reality and integrity protection, insisting on the principle of whole protection material and non-material cultural heritage development, using the principle of rational utilization and sustainable development policy, from the policy level to mobilize residents participation, etc.
