With the development of society, modern people are suffering from a series of "urban diseases" triggered by the rapid expansion of the urban population. As a result, people living in the city begin to seek the feeling of returning to innocence and nature. Rural tourists not only want to see the countryside landscape but also to experience the authentic rural culture, so the integration development of rural tourism and rural culture has become an inevitable requirement for tourism development. Domestic scholars haven’t done enough research into cultural preservation from rural tourism and not long, so systematic and actionable theoretical results haven’t come out. Also special research into tourism development and cultural protection is even less. Since tourism development and cultural protection is a paradox, this paper will use game theory and statistical analysis to do deep research into tourism development and cultural protection. In the empirical phase, the author will choose Yuanjiacun, which is the most typical case of game theory, as a case and collect data about it. This will be done from the perspective of Yuanjiacun tourists and local villagers, selecting them as objects. And data processing is mainly reliability and validity testing, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis. The author aims to find out the common problems and so make recommendations for protecting rural culture from tourism development so that we can achieve the sustainable development of rural tourism through research into tourism development and rural cultural protection. The main contents of this paper consist of three parts, the first part introduces the development of tourism in the interests of stakeholders demands; the second part is the perception analysis of rural culture from the perspective of tourists and villagers; the third part introduces villagers and tourists’win-win strategy to protect rural culture. The main conclusions of this study are:(1)Rural and cultural tourism is a tourism activity to meet the tourists’cultural experiences, learning, study, and other tourism demands through the development of rural cultural tourism products such as the farming culture, folk culture and architectural culture, food culture, cultural landscapes, rustic atmosphere.(2)Rural culture will ultimately change towards "cultural village".(3) 80 and 90 after the tourists become tourists traveling the main village; Distance is an important factor for tourists to choose rural tourism destinations; things to make the tourists to stay long are not enough; rural tourism consumption has great potential; individual modes of travel makes a large portion; companions are mostly family and friends. Tourists rural tourism development is quite satisfactory, visitors that local rural culture in the "cultural village" of the path changes.(4)The degree of tourists’ recognition and satisfaction on the visible cultural landscape is high while the degree of recognition and satisfaction on recessive culture is generally low.(5)They have a strong sense of belonging to the village; a high degree of identity; rural tourism development on the rural culture of protection outweigh the disadvantages, rural culture in the "rural culture" of the direction. The innovations of this paper:Based on the analysis of Yuanjiacun’s advantages and disadvantages of tourism development, this paper aims to build a win-win model of frural tourism development and the rural cultural protection from the cultural perspective of villagers and tourists.About the research on the impact of tourism on rural development and cultural preservation, we need to select more rural tourism places from different regions and with different features to do horizontal comparison so that we can summarize the universal law of tourism development and the protection of rural culture conclusions.
