In recent years, China's ratio of dependence on foreign fundamental energy is increasing constantly, and the import sources and transportation channels are facing numerous risk, resulting in the energy import risk increasing. But the most rencent research activites are respectively conducted from the optimization selection for import source view and the optimization selection for transportation channel view, without considering the complementary connection between them. Therefore, this paper selected the perspective of combinatorial optimization for both of them and studied the optimization selection for import source and transportation channel of fundamental energy resources in China by graph theory, multi-objective optimization theory, ant colony algorithm and lattice order decision making theory. The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1) Analyzed from the current situation of import source and transportation channel of fundamental energy resources, the import transportation network of fundamental energy resource in China is a special transportation network with multiple starting points, one endpoint, few center nodes and multiple transportation modes, which provides the theoretical basis for the abstraction of import transportation network.(2) A two-stage optimization model for import transportation network is established. Firstly, an optimization model based on the shortest path model for import transportation channel selection is built, and an algorithm based on ant colony algorithm and multi-objective lattice-order decision-making theory is given for calculating the optimal path from each import source to importing country. Secondly, on the basis of the above, a mixed integer programming model for import source selection is established, and the optimal combination of import source can be obtained by solving the model for import source selection.(3) Using MATLAB and Lingo to write the algorithm for the optimization model for import transportation network of fundamental energy resource, and verifies the feasibility of optimization model with an example, the results show that the optimization model proposed in this study can effectively reflect the characteristics of import transportation network of fundamental energy resource in China and has the characteristic of easy operation..The above research can provide the support of theory and method for the optimization selection for import source and transportation channel of fundamental energy resources in China.
