Along with the change of production and marketing management model of the competitive environment of economic and social development,the management and optimization of supply chain has become the research,coordination and control of the operation and management of the enterprise from a strategic and comprehensive perspective.It is an important way to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.China and Europe,Central Asia,West Asia and other regions have strengthened the flow of Commerce and information interchange in the background of "The Belt and Road" strategy,the international trade is expanding deeply.A lot of medium-sized E-commerce enterprises is the new subject for international trade under this context.This kind of electronic commerce enterprises to import foreign products in domestic sales.They have some common features like that sales of goods with numerous categories and promotional activities,transportation of long lead time,etc.There are larger inventory control pressure,urgent need to form a scientific and reasonable inventory control method.A certain E-commerce enterprise is the only agent for a French toughened glass tableware brand in China,have a large number of categories of sales,sales fluctuations,and imports of goods from France need a longer period of shipping process,a longer lead time.The enterprise has not formed the scientific and effective purchasing strategy and ordering scheme,the inventory in this enterprise has been high,the fund has been wasted.Therefore,this paper takes the international trade order problem of a certain E-commerce enterprise as the main line,the purchasing plan and order quantity model is studied and formed the research achievements are as follows:(1)Summarizes the domestic and foreign inventory control theory,the construction of the order batch model,batch problem solving methods.According to the basic categories and characteristics of inventory control model,defines the types of inventory control model in this paper.Analyzes the global trade patterns and China's import trade situation,analyzes the impact of China's import trade supply chain.Defines the difference between general trade and cross-border electricity supplier.(2)Analysis of a business enterprise of international trade supply chain status,the content of their suppliers,inventory control,import transport method was investigated.The clear steps to make the purchasing plan.Identify the factors that need to be considered in the model with capital rationing,inventory,container loading volume,container loading weight,safety inventory 5 constraints and order quantity and tray capacity,ordering and inventory at the end of 2 calculate relationship.Construct the applicable Order Quantity Model for the enterprise features of the ordering problem.Choose better results by using the LINGO software and design genetic algorithm to make an ordering scheme,determine the best order quantity,time of arrival,the number of containers loaded in different sizes.(3)Analyzes the purchasing logistics cost and the average inventory in the planned period.By calculation,compared with the beginning of the planning period,this study will effectively reduce 64.5%inventory of 15 goods to be ordered,Compared with the same period in 2016,the enterprise will save 37.5%working capital each month.The company's inventory pressure and financial pressure will continue to ease.Through the sensitivity analysis,the key factors affecting the total cost of purchasing logistics in a certain e-commerce enterprise are defined.Based on the present situation of the supply chain for this enterprise,puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the supply chain and inventory control.
