Employee stock ownership is a brand-new stock ownership incentive system that most employee own the share of the entership who work in through some patterns,and share the surplus profit of the enterprise,participate the operation and management of the enterprise in a certain way,and they can withdraw from it under some conditions.Its essence is a kind of "double effect",micro incentives and social governance system arrangement.Its effectiveness depends on whether the operation conform to the principle of the incremental sharing principle,long-term oriented principles and incentive compatibility,.In terms of Chinese national conditions,as a kind of incentive system,employee shareholding system of progressive significance is that it can bring enterprises the value of the future,sustainable value-added benefits by improving the employee's enthusiasm,which have stable effect on the long-term development of enterprises,and it's good for the foundation of socialist market economy.The world's major developed countries in the development of employee shareholding aspects have their own idea to support its relatively mature system.They also formed a relatively complete system of each system.Introducing the system of employee shareholding in China,it is mainly as a transition stage of economic reform of state-owned enterprises.We should stick to Marxist theory of public ownership as the basic value orientation,combined with China's national conditions and economic background of social transformation,then explore the employee shareholding system theory suitable for our country,establishing the idea of the system of employee shareholding in China.Firstly,this paper systematically makes a sort of Marx's "cooperation factory" and the thought of "rebuilding the individual ownership",the study of the theory of the western employee-owned,and then get theoretical support for Chinese enterprises;And,it briefly introduces the changing process of employee shareholding policy and the development of the system.On the basis of summarizing the past,it analyzes the current mixed ownership reform in our country and development trend of the implementation of employee stock ownership plan;Then,it summarizes the successful experience of the implementation of employee shareholding system of in developed countries.Because the background of the reform and the developed countries is different,we cannot simply copy the western system,but should thinkdeeply about theory of employee shareholding in China;In the fifth part,it established the theoretical model about the relationship between the employee ownership and corporate performance,through the analysis of relevant variables,we found that employee shareholding to employees can really play the role of incentives,but sharing profits will not has obvious effect to improve enterprise performance in all cases,so,through employee-owned,not only do employees shall have the right to share the profits,but also they should really effectively participate in the enterprise management and decision.Through the analysis above,it attempts to explore the model selection and practical exploration about the employee shareholding system with Chinese characteristics.The state-owned enterprise employee shareholding system gives the best combining site between the private ownership of state-owned economy and workers.It practically laid the microeconomics foundation of state-owned economy,adhere to the Marxism the basic value orientation of social idea of public ownership.Finally,it explores the path of employee shareholding system with Chinese characteristics,from the guidance of the basic principles?concrete implementation method and the establishment of the external environment.
