Research On Entrepreneurial Growth Strategy Of Lezeng Wood Co.,Ltd.

Linyi city, China's largest wood processing base, is formally awarded the "China plate city " by China Forestry Industry Department in 2011. Linyi's wood processing industry mainly focus on Furniture board and building plywood. Currently, there are twenty-one thousands of plate manufacturers in Linyi and most of them are small sized ones. Every manufacture in Linyi is facing intense competition. Therefore, a theory of entrepreneurial growth strategy research is extremely necessary when facing such a complex social background.Combination of literature research and actual survey is the main research method of this study. After consulting a large number of entrepreneurial growth theory and visiting plenty of wood processing enterprises by making good use of work opportunities, the author got the first-hand development status of wood processing enterprises. The research object of this paper is a wood processing enterprise founded in 2006. Firstly, the research analyzes entrepreneurial growth theory and characteristics of entrepreneurial enterprises on the entrepreneurial growth theory. Then summarize the main business growth challenges through the analysis of the industry environment, including the government's policy environment, competition environment and market environment. Then, the research also analyze the growing challenges coping strategies to prospects on the development of Lezeng Wood Co.,Ltd. with entrepreneurial opportunity and growth ability analysis. Besides, the research prospects on the development of Lezeng Wood Co.,Ltd. including entrepreneurial opportunity and growth ability of analysis. Then summed up the Lezeng Wood Co.,Ltd. entrepreneurial growth strategy planning.As the main conclusions of this paper, entrepreneurial growth strategy of Lezeng Wood Co.,Ltd. is generated through analyzing the growth of wood industry company's challenges, uncertain growth opportunities and vicious competition in marketing environment. The meaning of this study is to provide reference for other entrepreneurial production and processing enterprises base on the entrepreneurial growth strategy research of Lezeng Wood Co.,Ltd.The innovation point of this study is that it can be a good reference on how to strengthen the competency of metal enterprises such as a rapid response to the market mechanism, organization innovation, cost management, optimization and management of capital chain. Currently there is relatively less research on enterprise growth strategy within the international academic research scope. In this paper, It not only conduct a deep analysis on the entrepreneurial enterprise in the premise of comprehensive study of the domestic and foreign enterprises growth strategy related theory, under the background that Linyi is the city of China plate, but also work on entrepreneurial enterprises growth strategy implementation plan.
