Research On Risk Assessment Method In Mechanical Safety

Mechanical Engineering is the equipment industry of national economy, and it is important part of our country's the equipment manufacturing industry. Nowadays, safety problems aroused during the process of fabrication and application of mechanical products are attracting more and more people. Safety design of products is actually the foundation stone of safe fabrication, and risk assessment is guarantee of the inherent safety. West developed countries recommend risk assessment in the design of mechanical products, and treat it a necessary step to eliminate or reduce the risk of mechanical products. Risk assessment is also applied in the technical trade barrier.Therefore, research in this paper has very important meanings to improvement of products safety.This work includes systemic research on risk assessment of mechanical equipments and related industrial applications were done basing on it. Meanwhile, computed aided the project of program design is brought forward, which enable software support both designer and user in risk assessment.The main results are as follow:Summarize methods to making sure strongpoint,disadvantage and parameter of the risk assessment in mechanical, discuss the correlation and Iterative process between the risk assessment and three-step method,which basing on investigation on risk assessment methods and practical application and recension of the ISO 14121 .Make experiments about the risk assessment methods aiming at the risk of the press.form making sure the Elements of risk to making sure the risk index and improving on relevant design and enhancing safety precautions ,which shows how to use the risk assessment method to reducing or eliminating the accident ,for reducing the risk.At the base of theoretics that mentioned in the article , bring the project of program design and make a worthy instance ,which can assist users to make correct risk assessment so as to improve efficiency and validity.
