After many years of development, tourism industry has become very important in the social life. As the guide of the tourism projects construction, tourism planning plays an important role in the tourism industry. And the study describes its basic concept, application requirements, characteristics and significance. Especially,the paper puts forward the compiling system, main content, compiling program, result and technical requirements emphatically, so as to form the standardization and normalization planning program, provide general reference for medium-or-small-size scenic spot tourism planning and to promote the General Specification for Tourism Planning improves.
