With the fiercer and fiercer tensions between China and neighbors, the risk of war is becoming more and more possible. Due to the different situations and operational requirements of different regions, all kinds of missiles, including the short, medium and long-range ones are needed by Chinese military force. Therefore, simultaneous production and delivery are very common for military factories, and it is more and more important to ensure mixed batch production and the timely delivery of products.This thesis defines the definition of Aerospace production projects and explains the features of multi-project management, and simultaneously conducts researches and investigations on the practical situation and current characteristic of QH factory, and also analyzes the problems and relevant caused existing in the mixed batch production management. The results indicate that the overall coordination and shortage of resources are the key factors needed to focusing on. Finally, this thesis also deeply researches on the progress systems and methods of multi-model mixed batch production projects. This thesis establishes the progress management model aimed at multi-model mixed batch projects, brings forward the PBS division method based on the mentioned model and finally sorts the divided products, accordingly solving the disadvantages during the application of mixed resources. Meanwhile, this thesis has also identified key resources and project priority by the usage of critical chain method, which can solve the competitiveness of key resources effectively. The critical chain method significantly improves the progress controlling of multi-model projects, and therefore makes itself applicable in multi-model mixed batch production project of QH factory. In addition, according to the errors of personnel management in QH factory's original progress planning, the thesis has also brought forward the so-called array calculation method to monitor the progress effectively and conduct confirmation and resources adjustment according to practical deviations. Finally, the thesis has also analyzed the practical effectiveness of the established progress management system of multi-model mixed batch production project from the aspects of resources share and multi-project mutual wins. The results indicates the system is applicable to the progress management of Aerospace multi-model mixed batch production projects and can improve the multi-project progress management capability of QH factory.
