Nowadays, the market competition is fierce, the product is diverse, consumers demand for the products tend to complicate. In order to compete in the advantage position. Companies have cost a large number of investment in product development. by strengthening the management of new product development, for catering to customers ’need. Companies find reasonable product development and management can take the lead in time, and obtain business opportunities.Company A is an educational products supplier, about launch a new product every year. But inthis year, the company’s domestic and foreign trade orders suddenly increase, coupled with the enterprise internal conditions. The company should to research more than four products in the same time, facing heavy task, limited resources, short developping time conditions, finding a muti projects shedule under the limited resource allocation strategies for optimal development of enterprises is the good way to solve the problem.This research contents are as follows:Using the concept of multi project schedule management. Firstly, study the company A’s development status and the management of the difficulties, and give a variety of solutions. Dividing the product development, using the work breakdown structure (WBS) analysis for analyzing the project to carry out activities in every detail, establishing multi project development model. Design and develop the network diagram and progress management plan for multi project progress manage. Design of the development progress of the management of resources to optimize and progress control. Evaluate the effect of implementation.
