| Passenger transportation is the main sub trade that the energy (fuel) consumption in the road transportation of China. Passenger transportation of energy-saving and emission reduction is an important job that high-efficient to utilize, lighten pollution, environmental protection, comprehensive construction well-off society demand of objective of the struggle conscientiously, implement the scientific development view in an all-round way, advance an important job of saving type trade construction too.This paper mainly analysis the concrete methods for road transportation industries of energy-saving and emission reduction in different countries. An investigation on road passenger transportation industries has been done in Zhejiang. According to the present situation of construction of transportation include departure route structure, vehicle transport capacity construction and vehicle type structure, the overall evaluation of energy-saving and emission reduction, analysis on main cause of existing problems. On the basis of which, energy-saving and emission reduction evaluation index system of Zhejiang road passenger transportation industries is conceived through meta-synthesis. And it's index connotation were explained. Finally, this paper put forward control measures and important starting point of the road passenger transportation industries of energy-saving and emission reduction evaluation from two aspects of government and enterprise.The research has a great market popularization value. Energy-saving and emission reduction not only can transform traffic transportation growth way , implementation of model adjustment and optimized structure, construction of the resource saving type and environmental friendship type industry, but also it can reduce the management cost, enhance the market share, optimize service and operation pattern ,this all create a better environment for us. |
