Moreover, post-setting which based on the companies real condition and the demands of talents in specific positions has become sustaining popular, which has great research value.Thus, after doing a large amount of researches of the company, this research which based on the ZY tobacco company headquarters, mentioned enhancing negotiation and communication between different departments; Specific job responsibilities and optimizing the process of post-setting are the three key factors which can increasing the efficiency of post-setting.This research divided into three parts. Firstly, this research analyzed the current post-setting condition including the basic information and organization structure of the ZY Company. Secondly, this research explored the defects in post-setting and the reasons that cause these negative effects. Thirdly, based on many post-setting principles such as effective cooperation; relationship coordination and effective management, this article provide some feasible post-setting advice for ZY Company which include enhance negotiation between different departments; Specific job responsibilities and the post-setting process. What is more, the author also mentioned that improving the rules and regulations; Fostering a sense of scientific management and creating a good working environment also play pivotal roles in post-setting, due to understanding the great resistance that the ZY Company may experience for implementing the improvement of post-setting.However, this research expects to increase the efficiency of the companies whichsimilar to ZY company by providing feasible advice on post-setting. |
