The era of knowledge economy makes human resources become the most important factor for firm production and operation.The service industry is a labor-intensive industry,and human resources have become the most important central and crucial factor for the development of China Post.How to attract,retain and exploit human resources has become a major strategic issue for China Post.This thesis studies the optimization of human resource management of China Post Jixi Branch.This thesis reviewed the research of human resource management problem and suggestion research and human resource management evaluation research.Based on this,this thesis first,analyzed the human resource management current situation of China Post Jixi Branch comprehensively from the aspects of human resource situation,human resource management processes and human resource management mode.Then,this thesis constructed the evaluation system of human resource management of China Post Jixi Branch,and applied triangular whitenization weight function method to evaluate the human resource management of China Post Jixi Branch.Based on the evaluation,this thesis identified the problems existing in the human resource management,and further analyzed the cause of these problems.Aiming at solving these problems,this thesis put forward the human resource management optimization plan,including human resource performance management optimization plan and human resource quality management optimization plan.Finally,this thesis proposed supporting measures to support the implementation of human resource management optimization plan from three aspects,namely shaping excellent corporate culture,establishing organization supporting system,and promoting employee relationship management.
