A Study On Application Of Balanced Score Card In Performance Management In WX

With the rapid development of bio-pharmaceutical industry in the global development,Chinese government vigorously promotes the development of innovative drugs.Drug safety evaluation is an integral part in drug R&D.Animal tests must be done before the new compound enters the clinical stage.Because of the huge investment on human and financial resource,a growing number of new drug R&D companies choose to outsource the safety evaluation of the new compound.By analyzing the operation and the performance management methods,and summarizing the existing problems in WX,balanced score card has been introduced to the company,and a set of new performance management system has been established.The efficiency of balanced score card has been proved through the monthly,quarterly and annually evaluation in the paper.Performance management condition has been improved after the use of balanced score card.The second purpose is to promote the use of balanced score card in drug safety evaluation.
