Study On Laolongkou Brewery Co.LTD Quality Management System Construction And Optimization

With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,customers put forward more and more stringent requirements on quality, then a set of scientific and systematic quality management system is a powerful guarantee to improve the quality of products.This paper mainly study the construction and optimization of “Lao Long Kou”winery quality management system based on Industrial Engineering. Firstly this paper illustrates the background and significance of the selected topic, then reviews the research status at home and abroad, and briefly explains the related concepts and theories.Author analysis the present situation of "Lao Long Kou" quality management,point out the problem of the structure of company organization, management system,quality management of production process, human resources management and so on.Finally part is the construction and optimization of "Lao Long Kou" winery quality management system, providing the concrete approach to construct the quality management system, mainly includes four points: the responsibility of management,resource management, production realization, analysis and improvement measurement. Then this paper give some continuous optimization method for the system.In this paper, author quotes and draws on many books and documents about quality management in the process of writing, extensively listening to the advice of the relevant experts and teachers, using the literature research, field investigation,case analysis, data analysis and other methods. The system of quality management built up in this paper is of great maneuverability, and it is available for other enterprises.
