The development of organization behavior science theory has been improved by the advance of the human civilization history, put an apparently impact on the China's private enterprises in the development. They have been played one of the important roles in the China's economy over the past 30 years suffering changes from the rebellious to the specification, rough to fine, family to society, domestic to international. The employee's material life has been greatly improved not only the principle of according to one's work but the implementation of some theories such as the organizational justice dimension and distributive justice dimension. In spite of this, we still noticed that China's private enterprises face more and more severe challenges in the most comlex environment under the global information economy integration, and how to taken more fair demand is one of the key element estimate the steady development that the China's private enterprises should be.The article mainly discussed the influence of Chinese private enterprises focus on the more prominent procedure justice affect employee normative commitment.According to an example of HY company, one of the new situation background of China's privateenterprise, this article has made some reseach and planning for itto solve the problems by organizing datas from domestic and foreign literature about the impact on the organizational commitm ent of organizational justice, through the internal and external environmental analysis, realize enterprise development background, then the enterprise case, analysis of enterprise internal problems using the procedure fair scale of normative commitment scale effect of questionnaire survey, analysis reflect the status of enterprise management changes, finally put forward strategies and measures for improvement.The research has a direct guidance and optimization effect for the HY company organization management strategy choice, and aslo has a certain reference positive significance for the same background of private enterprise organization management.
