It emphasizes a restructuring that stresses on improving current production practices instead of expansion, and economic momentum that is increasingly driven by new factors rather than conventional sectors.The new normal has huge impact and influence on the traditional block business mode and commercial real estate developers, leading to the difficulties in sales, attracting investments and operating for developers and operators.
