The new normal is a summary of stage of China's economic growth from the top national decision-maker,an analysis and judgment of the prospect of China's economy,which means that China's economic structure will be in the stage of comprehensive optimization and upgrading.The three characteristics of the new normal determine that enterprises should adjust their speed,optimize their structure and turn to be innovative.Every enterprise in China's economic environment,it is impossible to avoid transformation.Since the establishment in 1999,GR company has engaged in indoor network coverage of mobile communication,which has been living in the steady growth of the market segment,mainly relying on domestic telecommunication operator's investment in telecommunication industry.After the peak of 3G construction,the growth of company's business has been stagnated.However,4G construction was still in progress.The management of the company started to re-think the current industrial structure and changes because of the increasing crisis awareness.At the end of 2013,the company proposed to transform strategically,deciding to rebuild the vitality of the company and create more resplendence with innovation.This dissertation took GR company as the research case which analyzed by PESTEL analysis,industry environment analysis,competitor analysis,business analysis and SWOT analysis,which provides the inevitability and the strategic design of GR transformation.It summarized four key points of enterprise transformation: the changes of entrepreneurial thinking,strategic transformation,optimization and revolution of management system,and necessary promotion of corporate culture,providing the specific implementation of the strategic safeguard measures.After the vertically and horizontally systematical comparison,this dissertation analyzed and summarized the theory and the practice of enterprise transformation under the new normal.In the new normal,enterprises need to create new breakthroughs in value space,depending on innovation,including technological innovation,product innovation and business model innovation,and ultimately reflected in the innovation of corporate culture,the transformation can be lasting and effective.
