China is the world's first apple production country, and Shanxi province is China's major apple production base, after years of development, Shanxi Province, the apple industry has become an important pillar industry in the local rural economy.Shanxi Yuncheng apple industry as the leading industry, has great achievements in the rapid development of apple industry, especially after China joins WTO, gradually exposed many problems, such as conflict of small scale farmers contract production mode and socialization of mass consumer market, the contradiction between the increasing demand for Apple species and limited land resources increasing, the improvement of people's living standard demand for apple quality rising, and prenatal, appear in the apple growing in various stages of post production services are to be out of touch and so on, to solve and improve. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the corresponding sustainable development strategy is the future development of the apple industry in Yuncheng, Shanxi.Based on this view, based on the Gaocun village of Yuncheng Wanrong as the research object, analyze and study the development mode of the local apple industry from the perspective of industrial economics, put forward to promote the Shanxi province Yuncheng city Wanrong Gaocun village apple industrialization and sustainable development strategies and suggestions, this thesis is divided into six parts:The first part, introduction.
