Analysis On Hunman Resources Management Mechanisim About Dongfeng Taobao Villiage

With the development of Internet economy, the rural e-commerce is developing rapidly. To a certain extent, Internet plus rural produce typical production---Taobao village, which has important significance for China rural economic transformation and upgrading, entrepreneurship and employment, harmonious and stable development of the society. Taobao village not only as an entrepreneurial model, but also as a new mode of employment, the rural human resources based on development of Taobao village to achieve the new allocation and integration. Emergence and development of Taobao village become an important way for farmers to increase their income, rural surplus labor force to provide a strong human support for the early development of electronic commerce. But with the development of the Taobao village entered the standard period, problem of human resources gradually become a bottleneck that restrict the long-term stable development of Taobao village economy. But there are few scholars make deeply study on relevant problems of human resource management of Taobao village that is emerging industry.This paper from the perspective of human resources management, through the investigation and analysis of a large amount of data, the perceptivity of human resources management model in different stages of the development of e-commerce in Dongfeng that is typical Taobao village. Have summarized out four main mode of human resource management in Taobao village, namely self-management, relationship management, sensibility management, contract management. Have analyzed the five problems of human resource management, such as the lack of system of human resource management in Taobao village, and proposed the six recommendations and Countermeasures of the human resource management in Dongfeng Taobao village, which have provided a reference to solve the current bottleneck of the development of human resources in Taobao village.
