Currently, competition among enterprises is not only the competition of product quality and technology as well as marketing channels, but also enterprise culture. Increasing the construction investment of enterprise culture has a crucial role for core competitive strength promotion of the enterprise. As a private small and medium enterprise, after nearly 10 years of development, Heshi has developed into an integrated marketing company which covers cosmetic and pharmaceutical from a traditional trading company, and its marketing channels have changed from a single offline sale to the online and offline sales going hand in hand. In the context of economic globalization, Heshi needs to fully understand the meaning of enterprise culture, and finds a feasible way of enterprise culture construction of a line with its own development characteristics. Firstly, the definition of enterprise culture, the four-level theory, basic functions and features have been given. Then, the summary, steps, stages and features of enterprise culture construction of Heshi have been summarized in detail. Next, the main issues and reasons of enterprise culture construction process of Heshi have been discussed. Finally, the specific measures of enterprise culture construction of Heshi are studied in-depth. The research shows the following conclusions:(1) Staff size of Heshi is relatively small, and organizational structure is not complicated hierarchy. After the baptism of market competition, the supervisors have quick market response capacity and play a key role in the entrepreneurial process. Because the supervisors and some of the staffs are mainly family and friends, this family business has been influenced more prominent by the leadership qualities and the ability.(2) In the early development of the enterprise, Heshi is more concerned about its own profitability, and is not enough emphasis on corporate culture and knowledge. In the cultural construction process, Heshi ignored the core content of enterprise culture, and its enterprise culture has a characteristic of quick success. Heshi has the short-sighted enterprise culture construction, and lacks the long-term development strategy and scientific management strategy.(3) Heshi should develop the goal, ideas and strategies of enterprise culture construction line with its own characteristics. Heshi should pay attention to absorb the essence of traditional culture, and draw on modern enterprise management system, and bravely assumed social responsibility. Heshi should set up a special sector of enterprise culture construction, and respond to rapidly changing socio-economic environment by creating a learning organization. It should support innovative enterprise culture and improve corporate culture level.
