Study On The Factors Affecting The Willingness Of Landless Peasants Pension Insurance In Jin'an District

Along with the accelerated process of industrialization and urbanization, a special group of landless peasants comes into being. These farmers passively leave the lands, losing their basic subsistence, the uncertainty of future life and the risk of aging economic risks have been suddenly increased. Due to larger scale of the farmers, the stability of their lives and stability have been closely linked with the development of the city. At present, the pension security of landless peasants is not enough to promote the policy, and the insured means are single,these outstanding issues need to be resolved.This dissertation is based on the above background. Taking the Jinan district of Fuzhou as an example, this study through literature study and questionnaire survey, analysis and compare the data, using SPSS software and Logistic model for the influence factors of the land-lost farmers endowment insurance to participate the stepwise regression analysis. According to the results of empirical analysis, put forward to cope with the land-lost farmers endowment insurance policy implementation problems encountered in the process of policy recommendations.This paper will be divided into five parts:The first part expounds the background and significance of this study, reviews the research status at home and abroad, introduces the research content, research method and technical route, points out the innovation and deficiencies;The second part defines the connotation of land-lost farmers, this paper expounds the theory of welfare economics, theory of social security and other related content;The third part briefly introduces the questionnaire objects, the design and analysis method, and it introduce the land-lost farmers old-age security policy in the Jinan district of Fuzhou. Meanwhile, through the preliminary analysis and questionnaire survey data, understanding the Jinan district land-lost farmers as a flexible employment willingness to attend endowment insurance ginseng protect;The fourth part makes an empirical analysis about the influence of the Jinan district of Fuzhou as a flexible employment land-losing farmers willingness to attend endowment insurance ginseng protect factors, by Logistic model, using spss19.0 software, on the basis of survey data. Through the analysis, this paper argues that age, way of pension, family population, economy, land compensation, optimistic about the future development of land-lost farmers endowment insurance level had a greater influence on the factors affecting the willingness, should be analyzed emphatically.In the fifth part, through the empirical analysis of landless farmers to flexible obtain employment status in endowment insurance wishes of the larger factors to carry on the qualitative analysis, from the theory put forward suggestion and measures of improving the willingness, that is to strengthen legislation and policy propaganda strength; to through legislation to safeguard the rights of landless peasants, enhance their confidence, improve the peasants' employment ability, increase its income and construction the landless peasant's mufti-pillar counter measures increase farmers with identity of flexible employment insurance policy propaganda, improve the rate of employment of landless farmers, increase income. The introduction of commercial insurance, to reduce the financial burden of the government and to explore the establishment of a multi-level old-age security system for landless farmers.
