Study On The Promotion Strategy Of Fujian Province Under-Forestry Economic Production Mechanization

Forestry development in China is in the transformation and upgrading of strategic opportunities. From timber production to ecological construction of forestry comprehensive transition, the task of reform of collective forest right system was fulfilled. The farmers’ enthusiasm engaged in forestry production is released, the scale of forestry industry continues is expanded, the forest economy grows rapidly. Fujian province is a key collective forest area in southern China, it is rich in forest resources. In recent years, the use of non wood forest was under rapid development. "13th Five-Year" period is the key period of accelerating the development of forestry modernization, is an important period of transformation and upgrading of forestry industry. Therefore the promotion of economic forest production machinery in Fujian province must increase to speed up the quality and enhance efficiency of forest economy production. Subject to geographical, economic and social factors, the province’s under-forestry economic production mechanization promotion degree is not high. It is of great practical significance to study the promotion of mechanization in under-forestry economic production in Fujian province.The current situation of economic promotion of machinery and economic production of the forest in Fujian Province were analyzed, in order to guarantee the promotion of under-forest economic machinery, must be guaranteed in the four aspects of policy, system, technology and capital. At the same time the corresponding strategies of mechanization promotion were put forward:to strengthen the publicity and training of mechanization of consciousness; ripe area priority to carry out pilot work mechanization; support under-forest economy production mechanization organization system construction to form mechanization system; promote economic production machinery with the innovation mode of cross regional work plan in Fujian Province under-forest promotion from low level to high level.According to the characteristics of the under-forest economic industry in Fujian Province, the suitable machinery for the economic production of the under-forest was classified and planned, including the farming machinery, the harvesting machinery and the late production and processing machinery. Micro farming machine, mountain ditching machine, cutting machine and portable field management machine; picking machine, bamboo mountain detector, transport machinery; application of tea steaming machine, bamboo peeling machine, chestnut peeling machine, bamboo slicing machine and promotion field are introduced. The production cost is reduced, the output and the yield of the under-forest economy are increased through the mechanization of the promotion.The economic production mode of three kinds of under-forest in the northern, middle and southern area of Fujian Province are discussed. Three representative regions:Jianyang district economic of under-forest-bamboo, Datian County economy of under-forest-tea and Zhaoan County economy of under-forest-medicine are analyzed. The corresponding countermeasures to promote mechanization are put forward, and the characteristic machinery promotion mode in the under-forest economic production of Fujian province is explored.
