Industry-Academy-Research Cooperation is an important part of national and regionalinnovation systems, in the past two decades, China has made some achievements inIndustry-Academy-Research Cooperation, and on the other hand, there have been some problems.Selecting an improper mode of cooperation, that will lead to a certain extent hinder the smoothprogress of the cooperative, then resulting in a waste of resources. How to choose a cooperativemode based on the enterprise’s own reality, that has a positive effect to promote the smoothconduct of the cooperation, it is not only to improve its ability to innovate, and have importantpractical significance for the national and regional industrial technology upgrade.From the perspective of the enterprise, this article took the tech SMEs in Tianjin and Hebeias the research object. It targeted the problem of cooperative mode. Through applying the theoryof ecological communities and theory of technology innovation, it analyzed the cooperativereason in deep. Adopting the content analysis, it reviewed and summarized the cooperativeinfluencing factors, and using logistic regression model, it identified factors obtained role inrelations between the influencing factors and modes of cooperation and impact mechanism, andthen put forward the relevant recommendations for enterprises to choose cooperative mode.
