With the development of enterprises,competitions grow fiercer and fiercer,and human resource strategy gradually becomes an important channel and support allowing enterprises to gain competitive advantages.The proper development and utilization of human resources is crucial for promoting the enterprise development and pursuing profit maximization.Since human factor has the greatest impact on enterprises,the way how to develop and make full use of human resources is worthy of study.The female advantage development in human resource is a topic that cannot be ignored,since it is closely related to the complementary principle of human resource management.The comprehensive analysis of females is not only the comprehensive understanding of females,but also the maximum development and utilization of human resources.A lot of literatures have been referred to in the process of composing the paper and this paper aims to analyze the current situation for female employees in Henan Mining Machinery Company based on these human resources development and management theories and approaches.The female employees' survey was designed according to the definition of female human resources development,the theory and practices on promotion and impediment of female human resources and combined with the actual female human resources development.Through the survey,it is possible to find out the female employees' requirements and expectations towards the posts so as to provide true data for optimizing human resources development.Current problem in female advantage development and can be concluded.That will be improved within certain principles.The aim is to improve the existent female human resources development system,enhance female employee management approaches and secure the female employees' rights and benefits to build an industry culture centered in humanistic care.In the implementation of a series of improvements,female employees in the company can better adapt to the posts and therefore,the staff mobility lowered and team structure relatively stable.As a result,female employees can prompt their expertise and recognition for their career.
