The era of Internet + is coming and knowledge technology needs to be innovated,enterprises are facing with the competitive environment which exists a lot of uncertainties.Enterprises want to survive and development in this environment,they must effectively manage employees to constantly create knowledge.And knowledge workers are fundamental source of the generation of knowledge and the creation.Enterprises will have to rely on to create knowledge and application of knowledge workers to get competitive advantage However,if the knowledge workers do not be managed,they will not play the greatest potential and creativity.Therefore,it is a huge challenge on the research that how to effectively motivate knowledge workers and improve the performance.The study of subjective well-being and work performance mechanism is how to improve work performance.As a response to the real life,subjective well-being not only closely relates to the work process,but also is a reflection of individual condition,is a force that motivates the individual to achieve the target,it is the degree of knowledge workers' efforts and main factor of inspiring potential,so it directly or indirectly affect the job performance.Improving the work performance requires not only the individual subjective well-being,also needs the occurrence of organizational citizenship behavior,organizational citizenship behavior play the intermediary role between the individual subjective well-being and job performance.This study combs existing literature of subjective well-being,organizational citizenship behavior and job performance,builds a model of relationship between subjective well-being and job performance,discusses the relationship between subjective well-being and job performance through the introduction of intermediary variable.The conclusion of this research: positive emotion,negative emotion and life satisfaction of subjective well-being are significantly effect on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior,the initiative,helping colleagues,participating in activities,and improving the image of the enterprises of organizational citizenship behavior obviously influent job performance,and organizational citizenship behavior plays an intermediary role between subjective well-being and job performance.Therefore,exploring the relationship of subjective well-being of knowledge workers,organizational citizenship behavior and job performance has certain reference significance about the management of knowledge workers and the productivity.Finally,the author according to this research's conclusion puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion to improve workers' job performance,and looks forward to the future.
