Electroplating Uniform Advanced Equipment Research And Development Of Project Quality Management Study

Project management is a very important managing method for modern enterprises, especially for management of R&D project. It's of great importance for enterprises, and a topic relating to enterprises's survival. Therefore, the success of project management is related to the growth and development of a company. With China's entering WTO, those enterprises oriented in technology R&D are facing numerous barriers of technology and intellectual property and so on. Due to late start, project management ability is always a bottleneck for enterprises growth,even development direction for the whole industry.In the first place, based on the basic theory and method of analyzing and researching project management, this article comprehensively elaborates the concept, the formation and the development of project management as well as the basic development situation of the project management at home and abroad. In the second place, combine the characteristics of projects with the research and development of the actual management of A company, through the decomposition of quality function and quality functional distribution(QFD) and other tools to find out the key point in R&D project quality management. Moreover, create the data model of orthogonal experiment design in order to provide a database on improving plating film performance and meeting qualify targets, and through SPC monitor to the key parameters, such as current density, voltage, distance of anode and cathode and so on,to make sure that the process is under control and finally realize the plating film CPK value meet the project requirements. This article further expounds that the project quality management has a very important influence and meaning on the research and development of semiconductor devices, by researching project quality management tool in the application of semiconductor devices R&D project in A company.In this paper, the author hopes that through the analysis and research of project quality management in semiconductor equipment, integrate theory with practice and take this opportunity to provide some references on quality management of R&D project in the domestic semiconductor automatic equipment.
