Research On AL Company’s Lean Production Analysis Based On Value Stream Analysis

For general manufacturing industry company, competition in the market is the competition of products. Personalized, diversified market demand trends in the manufacturing industry companies continue to reduce production cycle. The objective is to adapt to changing customer needs as fast as possible. Therefore, lean production has become a key mode of production.In this paper, we take the well-known domestic enterprises AL company as an example. Based on the analysis of the value stream mapping, we analyze AL company’s lean production current situation, including the production process analysis, plant layout analysis, value stream analysis. By analyzing AL company’s lean production current situation, we find some problems such as the problem of cost control and the quality of risk issues and so on. According to step value stream analysis, we plan the production process, improve plant layout and future state value stream diagram.Through this study, AL company’s lean production model will be improved and production efficiency will be further improved and enhanced. Else, the results can be summarized and be practiced in the industry.
