Rural Residents To Participate In The Investigation And Analysis Of Rural Tourism

Since the reform and opening up,China is going through a process of acceleration of industrialization and urbanization with the development of market economy.More and more rural male labor force are going into big cities,left behind women has produced as a unique group in the countryside of China.In the academic community,this group currently has a relatively clear definition.Left behind women are married women and left behind home alone under 55 years of age,but their husband engage in business or other production and business activities as urban workers with a long term(usually six months or more).Most of the responsibilities of the husband and wife are completely left behind at home.They bear the heaviest burden and play the greatest impact on the development of rural areas,but with the least concerned.Because of long absence of husband in the family,left behind women have hold up the whole piece of sky in countryside.Now,they are pillar of the family and the main force of agricultural production.And they has played decisive role in family,agriculture and rural development.Under the low attention to the social and regional economic development differences,left behind women were reduced the development opportunities,while the proportion of income in the family is low.They are increasingly dependence on men because of the lack of social security system and the lack of security increase.In this study,Lianshui County as an example,Liancheng and Baotan town were chosen to investigation under more prominent in service output and phenomenon of left behind women.Using case interview,observation,field surveys,other methods of anthropology,and a certain amount of questionnaire,survival and development status were surveyed for left behind women in Lianshui County.Based on the status of job training,we analysed the impact and problems of job training on rural left behind women.The method and pattern of job training were suggested for rural left behind women's job training,and then to meet their diverse needs.The purpose of this study is to improve the cultural quality and production skills of rural left behind women,improve their self development consciousness.Depend on job training,new female concept should be established as self-esteem,self-confidence,self-reliance,and self-improvement.The last but the most important is to improve their social status,to promote their individual survival and development,and to promote the harmonious development of rural society.
