Research On Wenzhou Municipal Promoting The Development Of Airport Economic Zone

With the acceleration of globalization and the deepening of regional economic cooperation,airport economy has gradually become a regional economic growth engine model.And the airfield economic zone formed around the airport plays a huge role in promoting the development of local economy.Airport economic zone is relying on the hub and modern comprehensive transportation system,and provide high timely,high quality and high value-added products and services,industry,advanced manufacturing and modern service industry cluster development and formation of the special economic zone,is the industry and regional economic integration each other,promote each other,promote each other's important carrier.Wenzhou air economic zone has unique resources,economic development has the characteristics of accelerated development in the post-industrialization era,and puts forward higher requirements for government services.Including: basic supporting promotion,investment attraction breakthrough,industrial project speed up,factor support,work style construction efficiency and so on.If there is no efficient government to provide services,Wenzhou air economic zone economy,social sustained,stable and rapid development can not be achieved.In this paper,the government of the developing Wenzhou airport economic zone is taken as the research object.From the perspective of the government role(service-oriented government construction),the theory of service-oriented government,government and market relationship is comprehensively applied to analyze the government role in the development of airport economic zone,including government guidance,service and supervision.In the development process of Wenzhou airport economic zone,the government plays the role of planning,policy issuing,infrastructure construction,major project promotion and ecological environment protection.A preliminary investigation found that the process of the development of airport economic zone is the contradictory of slow project examination and approval,for many international airport,industrial structure,lack of directivity,imperfect supporting infrastructure and the talent team construction is weak,the industrial investment insufficiency,the reason includes the government role play does not reach the designated position,problems left over by history and development train of thought did not change.According to the shortage of the government role in Wenzhou airport economic zone development and the reasons,and combined with the government roles in the airport economic zone development experience at home and abroad,put forward the establishment of Wenzhou municipal management coordination mechanism,strengthen land supply security,optimize industrial structure,promote the construction of infrastructure,accelerate the construction of talent team,build industrial platform and optimize the business environment,etc.Countermeasures and Suggestions.
