Research On Schedule Management Of The Construction Project Of The HRMIS Of SG

In recent years,global steel situation is grim.In order to be more efficient and accurate to manage human resource,SG Group must implement the system of human resource,to improve the efficiency and level of work,and it can be security and stable development of SG.This paper will be systematically using the knowledge of project management,focusing on the management of human resources.Information technology project schedule will be discussed.The main research content of this paper is as follows:(1)The analysis of problems and status quo of information system of human resource of SG Company.Finding the main factor which restricted the construction of SG human resource management information system,and definitude orientation of next step.(2)In order to complete the construction of information system of human resource with high quality,we must make full use of project management theories and tools.Based on the analysis of the project background and characteristic,this part focus on HRMIS construction project via Work breakdown structure(WBS).Responsibility assignment matrix and other project management tools.It defines project scope,construct organization structure,and breakdown the main work.(3)The paper emphases research schedule management of the construction project of information system of human resource of SG Company,analysis the project schedule development,progress of the project implementation and control.This part researches how to use Gantt chart,Critical path method,Milepost plan and other project management tools to control project schedule.Based on research and practice of the SG information system of human resource construction project schedule management,the conclusion has some specific and directive significance.I hope this study can be useful to the application of project management theory in information system of human resource construction.Through to the SG information system of human resource the schedule of the project management of research and practice,come to the conclusion has certain targeted and significance.Hope this research project management theory in information system of human resource in the field have a little help.
