Research On The Technology Innovation Capability Of SIASUN Based On Knowledge Integration

The world has been beginning to enter into the fourth generation of the industrial revolution,with the industry 4.0 is proposed by German.Developing the high-end equipment manufacturing industry is China's inevitable choice to enhance the comprehensive national strength and the international competitiveness.The high and new technology leads the development of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry.It is the key strategic emerging industry in the core part of the industry chain,and determines the competitiveness of the whole industry chain,including aviation equipment,satellite and application,rail transportation equipment,marine engineering equipment,intelligent manufacturing equipment etc.At the same time,the “thirteenth Five-Year Plan” and “made in China 2025”effectively promote the development and growth of high-end equipment manufacturing industry.In order to implement the strategic plans,Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China jointly formulated the “intelligent manufacturing development plan(2016-2020)”,stressed the overall guiding ideology,objectives and priorities of the China's intelligent manufacturing development during the “thirteenth Five-Year Plan”and once again made clear the industrial automation an important strategic position,especially the robot industry.The main research of this thesis is the enterprise technology innovation capability cultivation approach from the perspective of knowledge integration.SIASUN as the intelligent equipment manufacturing industry leading enterprise is selected the research object based on the domestic and foreign related literatures of high-end equipment manufacturing industry,technology innovation capability and knowledge integration.Firstly,the SIASUN basic situation and the current situation of the technology innovation are simply sorted out and theSIASUN competitive environment is analyzed;Secondly,the connotation and process of knowledge integration and the composition of technology innovation capability are systematically analyzed,and the relationship between knowledge integration and technology innovation capability is explored.On the basis of which,this thesis the constructs the evaluation index system of SIASUN technology innovation capability based on knowledge integration,and evaluate SIASUN technology innovation capability by the entropy method and TOPSIS method.Finally,the three technology innovation capability cultivation approaches of SIASUN based on knowledge integration are designed,which are the technology innovation capability cultivation approach based on the supply chain,the technology innovation capability cultivation approach based on strategic alliance,and the technology innovation capability cultivation approach based on innovation platform.In addition,the thesis proposes the countermeasures and suggestions of the SIASUN technology innovation capability cultivation.This thesis has important practical significance to enhance the SIASUN technology innovation capability and international competitiveness,and provides guidance for the enterprise technology innovation capability cultivation and promotion from the perspective of knowledge integration.At the same time,it has important theoretical significance to promote China's innovation drive strategy and high-end equipment manufacturing industry sustainable development.
