Food safety is to study the food itself exists,in the food production,processing,storage,marketing until the consumption process,or from the environment may enter the food and threaten human health and harmful substances and evaluation methods,prevention and control Measures to improve the quality of food hygiene and ensure the safety of food subjects.With the development of national economy and people's increasing pursuit of healthy life,China has become a dairy industry production and consumption of power,dairy industry has an unprecedented momentum of development.However,many international dairy giants are constantly carving up China's market,the main reason is that China's 2008 "Sanlu Milk" event,10 years,"aflatoxin" incident,the recurrence of the safety problems caused widespread consumer Do not trust the domestic dairy production of dairy products.This also shows that the entire dairy industry in the management of food safety warning for not in place.Quality and safety of dairy products related to dairy production,processing,transportation,consumption and other links,related to dairy farmers,enterprises,retailers,consumers and other subjects,involving more links and behavioral subjects,and quality and safety problems complex.However,the author believes that the mechanism of quality and safety problems from the analysis of the root causes lies in the dairy supply chain and its upstream and downstream transactions between the main body of the information asymmetry.This not only causes each node enterprise in the supply chain to suffer the heavy loss,also caused the market failure.Faced with these problems,it is imperative to reduce information asymmetry in the dairy supply chain.In this context,from the perspective of dairy enterprises' management,how to minimize the risk by improving the effective management of crisis early warning has become a topic of concern to some scholars at home and abroad.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the crisis early warning management ofChinese dairy enterprises.In this paper,we considered the quality and safety of dairy products from two angles.From the internal routine application of enterprise early warning mechanism for all aspects of dairy circulation,set the dairy early warning indicators,the use of particle filter algorithm for tracking early warning indicators,and in the alarm response before the rapid response to action.In the enterprise,the network public opinion early warning mechanism,has been circulating to the market has been unable to track products,through the network of public opinion keywords mining,analysis of its semantic tendencies,quickly distinguish public opinion tendency level,for different levels to take related action.And strive to cover all aspects of dairy production and distribution of all aspects of production and circulation at the same time,establish a positive corporate image.
