Taxi industry plays an important role in urban public traffic system, however, with the rapiddevelopment of taxi industry, many kinds of difficult problems appeared, especially the problem of how tocoordinate the interest between taxi operation subjects. At present, the main idea to solve the problem is bydiscussing whether the government regulation measures itself is reasonable, the study of how to coordinateproblems between different interest subjects under the established regulation measures is lacked. No matterwhat viewing from theory or reality, the evaluation of management fee is the core issue in contradictionsbetween different interest subjects under the regulation measures.So paper calculated the reasonable scopeof the management fee by analyzing the interest game between taxi operation subjects, provideddecision-making basis for solving related interests contradiction between the main subjects.The present calculation of management fee is usually in accordance with the allocation of taxicompany’s time cost. This method cannot directly reflect the benefit gambling relations of the operationsubjects. To this end, this article calculated management fee by clearing the operation subjects’ benefitgambling relations from the perspective of game theory. To reflect the interest game equilibrium of theoperation subjects, the paper used management fee as the host variable, establish a complete informationdynamic game model by taking the game order, game strategy and the strategy choice of revenue functiontogether, which contains various choices of the strategy in game process, setting management variablesincludes ideal value and nonideal value. By solving the model，we can obtain the relationship of themanagement fee and game equilibrium solution, the paper is just based on this relationship, the analysis ofthe equilibrium solution shows that if the equilibrium is not optimal equilibrium，conflicts betweenoperation subjects will take place due to setting unreasonable management fee. So paper changed theequilibrium to sub-game equilibrium to determine the reasonable range of management fee. At the sametime, due to the reasonable management fee is setted to relate with ideal value and nonideal value, so if youwant to calculate the reasonable range of management fee, you need to know the ideal value of it. Throughthe Shapley value, the paper got the ideal income allocation ratio of per bicycle, then take the ideal value ofmanagement fee into measure expressions of its reasonable range to clear the scope of the reasonable range.Paper finally figured out the reasonable range of xi ’an taxi fees, verified the model, and showed themodel is credible. Research conclusion have made the taxi fees deeper and more reasonable to determine,and has a positive role to relieve the benefit contradictions between taxi operation subjects.
