Status In The International Division Of China's Manufacturing Industry And Influencing Factors Of The Research

Since the end of the 20 th century at the beginning of the 21 st century,under the influence of economic globalization,China relies on demographic dividend brings a lot of cheap labor resources advantages,through technical cooperation with foreign countries,the joint production of a variety of ways,such as the degree of participating in global division of labor deepening,manufacturing scale expands unceasingly.Throughout,however,the historical process of China's manufacturing industry to participate in the international division of labor,can be found in the participation in international division of labor,most of China's manufacturing industry production in the division of the value chain of low-end assembly processing link,the division of labor in the research and development and the design of high-end production mostly dominated by large enterprises in the developed countries or control.Therefore,in-depth understanding of international division of labor status of China's manufacturing industry,explore the factors affecting the international division of labor status,can provide reference for policy making,has important significance for Chinese manufacturing international division of labor status.In this paper,on the basis of related literature and theory,using the OECD and the WTO in 2013,the added value of the established trade statistics database,based on the added value of trade and Koopman index analysis method,measure analysis between China and the world's major countries manufacturing industry as a whole and its subdivision industry added value as computed the status of international division of labor,and between multinational and cross-industry comparison.The study found that:(1)China's manufacturing industry is developing rapidly in recent years,rising GDP,but from the Angle of the added value of trade,China's manufacturing sector as a whole value rate is low,and there are signs of falling.(2)The manufacturing division status of developed countries is generally higher than that of developing countries,China's manufacturing status at the lowest level of labor division,gap with the developed country is larger,and place the deteriorating.In order to further explore the path to improve the status of China's manufacturing industry international division of labor,this paper studies the labor input,capital input,technology advancement,industry scale,the FDI and market environment factors,such as significance of the impact of China's manufacturing industry international division of labor status,and could be divided into low manufacturing technology in the industry,technologyindustry and high-tech industry comparative analysis.The results showed that:The promotion of the position of China's manufacturing division mainly comes from the contribution of capital,technology progress and labor comparative advantage for China's manufacturing sector is weakening,the promotion of the position of FDI only for high tech industry division of labor has a promoting effect,the scale of China's manufacturing industry did not form scale,market environment was not significant influence on Chinese manufacturing international division of labor status.Finally,based on the above research,the paper proposes the following policy Suggestions:(1)improve the labor quality,improving the quality of human capital;(2)strengthen capital accumulation,guide the direction of capital investment;(3)increase investment in r&d,promote technological progress;(4)develop producer services to extend the value chain.
