Study On Functions Innovation Of Logistics Park Based On The Backgrand Of Indurtry Transforming And Upgrading

Recently,our country advocates industrial transformation and upgrading,which can promote the development and expansion of the new industrial and also improve the social utilization of resource,and all this will lead our country a healthy and sustainable way to go.As a representative of the third-party service,logistics park will certainly face it's own transformation and upgrading under the whole society's transformation and upgrading,and stars from it's service functions.This paper aims to find how to unleash the service functions of logistics park,that is to say,the author will take logistics park's service functions in deep research and find innovations,which will better serve the development of industry.Firstly,this paper described the situation of industrial transformation and upgrading with relevant data,and analyzed the trend of industrial transformation and upgrading.Secondly,this paper chose “system dynamic model” to study the linkage between logistics park and industrial park,on this basis,the author did the simulation experiment by using system dynamic model,and proved that there's strong linkage between their functions.The development trend of industrial transforming and upgrading will lead the creative development of logistics park's functions.Thirdly,based on the study of system dynamic model,the paper established the new model of logistics park's service functions under the industrial transformation and upgrading,and carried on a deep research on the innovation service functions according to the logistics park classification which is issued by our government.Finally,this paper take Nanjing Longtan logistics park as the example,analyzed the situation of Longtan logistics park's service functions,and make innovation changes in Longtan logistics park,which applied the advanced theory to actual cases,truly integrate theory with practice,which make the earlier theory more scientific and convinced.By combining the features of industrial park and logistics park,this paper established the system dynamics model of the linkage between the industry park and logistics park on the service functions,the model provided a new method and a new way to analysis the linkage between industrial park and logistics park.At the same time,this paper proved the scarification of the theory came up by the author by integrating theory with practice,and made it better equipped to guide the development of China's logistics park both in theoretical and practical significance.
