For a long time, as the engine of economic development and innovation, entrepreneurship has a very important role in the economic development of the country and the region. History, in our country has been a few times to study abroad, experienced a "brain drain" of pain, in recent years, the formation of the tide, ushered in the era of "talent return". China’s economy is a good development prospects for investors to attract the world, but also to attract overseas Chinese students. A large number of overseas students with ideals, they all use different ways to realize self-value and serve the motherland. Many of them chose to start their own business as the main force of the business. Return home business, in fact, talent, technology, capital, information, management and other factors of production, an international How, to attract overseas Chinese entrepreneurs, is a new way of using foreign capital in China. All over the use of various means, the introduction of a variety of preferential policies to attract returnees talent to return home. Oversea talents with the experience of living abroad, study, work experience, not only to understand the international rules, but also to master advanced technology, and with the advanced ideas and scientific management methods, compared to the local business talents with the inherent advantages. But why the probability of returning home after the entrepreneurial talent is not high?
