At this stage,the development of the economy has brought about the further improvement of China's overall national strength.China's influence in the international community has gradually expanded,and the pace of economic development has steadily increased,showing the characteristics of the new normal stage of economic development.A large part of a country's economic strength to maintain rapid growth depends on scientific and technological progress.Today,all over the world,countries have entered the era of knowledge economy,and China is also in an important period of economic transformation and upgrading.The competition in the era of knowledge economy is essentially a competition for talents,and overseas talents with advanced science and technology concepts,leading technology,service awareness,and familiarity with international business knowledge have become the core force for rapid economic development.These people will also make great contributions to reform and development.Since China's introduction of the high-level talent introduction policy at the end of 2008,more than 8,000 high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents have been introduced.At the same time,local governments have also begun to devote themselves to the "talent war" and have issued preferential measures on the work,life and entrepreneurship of overseas talents based on the Overseas Talent Enterprise Park.Attracting overseas talents to return to China to start their own business.According to statistics,in recent years,more and more high-level talents imported from abroad have chosen to start their own businesses,and for these overseas high-level talents,they have more inherent advantages in their ideas,concepts and management methods than local entrepreneurs.Because they are familiar with international laws,possess the world's leading technologies,have studied,lived and worked abroad,and have foreign capital contacts.They are also escorted by a series of relevant preferential support policies introduced by the government.It should be the main force in the current domestic entrepreneurial community.However,in the process of actual entrepreneurship,the entrepreneurial success rate of returning talents is not high.What is the reason for the low success rate of starting a business after returning overseas talents? The reason comes not only from the disadvantage of the overseas talents themselves,but also from the domestic institutional mechanism and policy environment to a large extent.This paper analyzes the status quo of the high level talents entrepreneurship in our province and analyzes the reasons that affect the failure of talents entrepreneurship.The overseas high-level talents mentioned in the article are mainly enterprising overseas talents.In particular,the status quo of high-level overseas talents returning to China for entrepreneurship is elaborated in many aspects,and on this basis,Propose the talents entrepreneurship policy,entrepreneurship environment,resources,strategy,entrepreneur and team quality,and other influencing factors that affect the results of overseas high-level talents entrepreneurship.Based on these six factors,we investigate the impact on the entrepreneurial performance of overseas talents,and use Spss20.0 software to adopt factor analysis to the effective questionnaire,and classify multiple influencing factors as representative influencing factors.On this basis,the multivariate regression analysis method is used to analyze and test the specific situation of various factors affecting the performance of enterprises.Entrepreneurship policy,entrepreneurial environment,resources,strategy,entrepreneur and team quality,and other influencing factors all have different effects on entrepreneurial performance.From the point of view of the government,we propose ways to attract high-level talents to start a business,provide welfare conditions for successful talents to start a business through the introduction of a series of favorable policies,and effectively realize the further improvement of the success rate of talents to start a business.Through the research of this article,it is hoped that it can provide a good reference value for the government to attract high-level talents from overseas.At the same time,it provides a reference for overseas high-level talents to better return home to start their own business and development,and explores a correct way to guide the return home to start their own business.
