In the information age, knowledge has become the most important source of wealth, organizations and individuals is one of the most important task of knowledge management. Training as the most effective way to obtain knowledge has received more and more attention. Enterprises through training staff, so that employees access to the usefulness of knowledge for business development in order to achieve the common growth of enterprises and employees. In recent years, thermal power enterprises operating pressure is increasing, the thermal power industry once again put forward to the management to benefit slogan. And the quality of team management on the basis of the level of enterprise management to determine the level. This requires enterprises to pay attention to team building, especially the team leader team building.This paper probes into the optimization plan of the training system of team leader of L thermoelectric company by means of observation method, interview method and questionnaire survey method, and combining literature analysis method, case analysis method and interdisciplinary analysis method. Through the study of literature, knowledge management and enterprise training are discussed. The importance of knowledge management to the enterprise, and the support and existence resistance of knowledge management to enterprise training. Through the preliminary investigation of the L Thermoelectric Company training status and team leaders to conduct a comprehensive understanding of the status quo. The survey found that the company's existing training management system is more complete, but because of the lack of system, the form of single training and other reasons, employees lack the enthusiasm to participate in training. Survey shows that the company's existing team leaders are older, the individual group leader there is the phenomenon of personnel fault, the level of education is relatively low, the lack of senior technical personnel, and reserve personnel reserve. Although the team leaders thought it necessary to participate in the training, they thought that the training courses were not well designed and arranged, and the training was not motivated. The theory of knowledge management is applied to the optimization of the training system of the leader of L thermoelectric company. The detailed contents of the training system based on knowledge management were elaborated from five aspects: training management, training requirement analysis, curriculum design, training plan formulation and implementation, and training evaluation. At the same time, Training atmosphere, the implementation platform and precautions for the four aspects of the optimized training system to provide the necessary support and protection.The research of this paper is a supplement and improvement of the existing training system of L Thermoelectric Co., Ltd., especially for the training of the group leader. To improve the existing training system to solve the problem of team leader in the process of knowledge learning, knowledge updating and experience exchange, to perfect the training mechanism of reserve team of head of team leader, to avoid the incompetence of team leader's ability to the enterprise Development has a negative impact.
