In the promotion of social development, fierce competition between enterprises is becoming more and more intensified, in the type of enterprise development strategy, competition for high-quality talent resources, capital and technology etc. many factors play a key role in the decision. Therefore, for the enterprise, the enterprise brain drain problem to solve in the focus of attention resent.This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of talent loss in the aluminum HN branch, and discusses the existing problems, the article mainly includes five aspects: the first part is the introduction of this paper is to study the background and significance of the paper; the second part is based on the relevant theory, review the brain drain, this brain drain in the human resource management, the relevant theory and the theoretical model and the theory of incentive theory, and aims at the solution of the problem, explore the answer; the third part is the evaluation of CHALCO HN branch, the current situation of brain drain, analyzed the annual distribution of overall situation and talent drain. The causes of talent loss mainly is the enterprise internal and external reasons, the influence of individual employees. The level of economic development and the social security system, is the external cause of enterprise talents loss; and the enterprise salary system is unreasonable, the training system is not perfect, job design and incentive mechanism is not perfect, and the lack of good the enterprise culture, is the result of internal enterprise brain drain reason. The employee's age, gender, personality, channel and work performance, is the result of individual enterprise brain drain reason. The fourth part is about the talent drain of the HN branch of the aluminum company, aiming at the existing problems and the reasons for the target, the company's brain drain is suitable and the proposed countermeasures and methods are determined; The company's salary concept and management strategy, improve the three aspects of employee salary system and welfare system, puts forward how to establish the perfect salary system; from the selection mechanism and perfect enterprise internal talent flow mechanism, three aspects of talent guarantee mechanism, put forward how to establish and improve the personnel management mechanism, from the construction of personnel training system, three aspects of innovative talents of internal competition mechanism and improve the company's personnel training mechanism, and puts forward how to improve the company's personnel training mechanism, finally, puts forward how to establish a good corporate culture system. The fifth part is the conclusion, summarizes the research conclusion, the insufficiency and the forecast proposed. The main innovation of this paper is: according to some relevant theories of representative scholars of talent loss, using a questionnaire, from the internal and external factors, and individual three aspects, the reasons for brain drain are analyzed in detail.The author with a view to use the actual research and analysis of this article, will bring more sophisticated talent in the aluminum in HN company, for the SOE problem with the industry, reference highlights.
