3D printing,also called add-material manufacturing technology,is a kind of rapid prototyping technology.Based on three dimensional digital model file,discreting software and data forming system,3D printing technology sticks accumulated massive materials such as metals,ceramics,plastics,cells to manufacture objects in the method of laser,hot melt,etc.3D printing industry chain can be divided into three parts,which are the upstream------modeling tools,software and materials,the midstream------printing devices,and the downstream------applications and services.As an important part of the industrial chain,3D printing service has drawed more and more attention.So the study of D company's 3D printing marketing strategy has theoretical and practical significance to D company,as well as the whole 3D printing marketing.This paper briefly introduces the D company's marketing experience and status quo in3 D printing market.Then it studies 3D printing marketing strategies with learned management knowledge.In the process of research,the study used integrated methods of PEST analysis,SWOT and 4P analysis tools to analyze the external and internal environment of D company.Research shows that D company is supposed to choose the differentiation marketing strategy,and to add total cost leading strategy when conditions are satisfied in the next few years.At present,the enterprise continuously provides customers with efficient on-site technical support services by strengthening and upgrading technical development.In this way,D company will be able to maintain the leading competitive position.In addition,the analysis shows that D company needs to improve in the following aspects: product and technology R&D,process reengineering,management system improvement,human resources development,brand image construction,and cooperation with industry associations.This paper can provide certain reference for D company management todesign targeted corporate strategy and for industry practitioners to select marketing strategy.
