Finally, management measures are put forward for the construction of the project.Well-facilitated Capital Farmland construction is included by irrigation and drainage works, field road works, farmland protection and ecological environment maintenance works. Through the analysis of the economic benefits of the region, we can conclude that the average yield per hectare of dry land increased by 375 kg, the average yield per hectare of paddy fields increased by 500 kg.After the implementation of the project, the direct income of agricultural output value will increase by RMB 12.36 million yuan, as the project is conducive to agricultural mechanization after the implementation of farming, the project can save labor costs of 4.9446 million yuan per year, the annual economic benefit of this project is increased by 16,856,600 yuan, and the project makes the per capita annual income increased 433 yuan.
