Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Smart Cities In Yushu

With the rapid development of science and technology and the emergence of various "urban diseases" in urban operation and management,the birth of smart cities has been accelerated.Since the concept of smart city was formally put forward,it has been recognized and adopted by many parties with its advanced and feasible construction concept.From the report on the work of the government in 2018,we can see that China is also promoting the construction of smart cities by speeding up the development of smart industry,expanding intelligent life and building a smart society.In this paper,Yushu City is selected as the research object,through searching for references,field research and other ways,the status quo of the construction of Yushu City's smart city,as well as the existing problems and reasons are analyzed.Under the guidance of the network governance theory and the new public service theory,this paper mainly studies the promotion of government governance ability by the construction of Yushu Smart City.And it is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is about the research background,object,significance,current situation,ideas,innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter is to study from the definition of related concepts and basic theories.Chapter three studies the practical significance and feasibility of promoting the construction of Intelligent City in Yushu City.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are the key points of this paper,which analyses the problems existing in the construction of Yushu Smart City and the causes.The study finds that the participation of citizens in the smart city construction of Yushu City is not high,there are many shortcomings in public service,and the lack of professional talents and system construction standards,lack of characteristics,and different views of citizens of different ages are mainly due to the special composition of the population of Yushu City,the special composition of economic income,the difficulty in introducing talents affected by the environment,lack of professionals and system construction standards,lack of characteristics and Citizens of different ages have different ideas.The main reasons are the special composition of the population,the special composition of economic income,the difficulty of introducing talentsaffected by the environment,the lack of professional technology and the insufficient top-level design of the city.Chapter six is mainly to put forward countermeasures in light of the actual situation of Yushu City,deepen the understanding of the importance of building a smart city,construct an evaluation index of a smart city in line with its own reality,speed up the construction of a smart city by innovative development ideas,train special talents to help build a smart city,strengthen top-level design to guide the healthy development of a smart city,improve the network security system and enhance wisdom.
