Research On Agricultural Mechanization Development In Yushu

With science and technology being widely applied to agriculture and the fast development of industrialization and informatization in recent years, agricultural mechanization has become the symbol of modern agriculture and has arisen the attention of the governments. It’s not only the main content of agricultural modernization but also a vital part of technical innovation of agriculture production. It presents the subtle blend of modern productivity and the field of the three “Fs” policy. Nowadays, under the wise leadership of the Central Committee of the CPC centered in General Secretary Xi Jinping, China is entering the new historical stage. As a conventional agricultural country, agricultural mechanization will inevitably get the new development opportunity. This thesis takes the development in Yushu City of Jilin Province agricultural mechanization as research subject and offers proposals to solve the problems in our agricultural mechanization after researching present status and problems that need to be solved.This thesis mainly analyzes the problems in current agricultural mechanization development from the aspects of need, supply, management, service, agricultural mechanization policies and so on.A conclusion can be drawn that peasants are the subject of agricultural mechanization development. Peasants’ investment in agricultural mechanization is very crucial, but due to the income level, peasants are facing the deficiency in investment. The large-scale soil management that can adapt to agricultural mechanization work is just in small numbers, while small-unit separate management comes in to prevalence in Yushu. Small-unit separate management gets its reason but still it will bring trouble to the popularity of agricultural mechanization. On one hand medium-type machine work will cost more because of separate soil management. On the other hand, there is deficiency in small-size machine supply. These two factors will lead to the difficulty in agricultural mechanization development. Peasants that can handle modern machine has already turn to other high-interest industries. The left labor in country is facing a problem of “no way to go” since they don’t have the ability and knowledge to meet mechanization.Taking current problems in agricultural mechanization development into consideration, this thesis has made following suggestions:1. Improve the regional distribution of agricultural mechanization and promote the improvement of agricultural mechanization facilities.2. Increase financial input legally and help new-type agriculture management.3. Carry out affecting strategy and strengthen agricultural mechanization model basement construction.4. Make standards for farming and insure the coordination of machine and technology.5. Strengthen the construction agricultural mechanization system and promote the industrialization of agricultural mechanization service.6. Explore specific measures to promote agricultural mechanization development according to the measures of researching system project.7. Broaden the field of agricultural mechanization centering on pollution-free production and technical innovation of cycle agriculture experiment demonstration.8. Carry out peasants training project and improve the scientific and technological quality of peasants.
