| With the rapid development of China market economy construction,a large number of household appliance sale enterprises have raised up.Therefore,it’s time to think how to occupy the market and survive in the fierce market competition for them.Thus,marketing has become a key part for the enterprise to survive and develop.As the power line of market development and maintenance,whether the appliance sales business marketing staffs are competent their jobs will have a great influence on the success or failure of enterprise’ marketing development.Appliance sales enterprise marketing personnel as the of the first line power,they have the ability to do their job,to a large extent affect the success or failure of the development of enterprises.Most of the marketing staffs in household appliance sale enterprises are from secondary vocational school marketing professional.Therefore,only vocational schools quasi enterprise context and cultivate qualified staff to meet the need of enterprise,it is also the only way for the secondary vocational school marketing professional to get sustainable development.In view of this,this study used the literature analysis,expert interview and questionnaire survey method to discuss a large home appliance chain sales enterprise,vocational graduate marketing professional sales staff competency,and on the basis of the market marketing professional in secondary vocational school enrollment,employment,teaching and moral education are put forward specific recommendations.This research provides the reference for the innovation and optimization of the marketing major in secondary vocational schools,which has important practical significance,but also plays a certain role in promoting the research of the special competence factors.The main conclusions of this study include:The competency of vocational graduate marketing professional home appliance sales staff includes 9 elements.They are brand awareness,awareness,awareness of financial management,cooperation and coordination ability,self-confidence,self-development rights consciousness,basic marketing skills,business process improvement and cost awareness.Personal characteristics include interests first,outstanding communication skills,create new styles and difficult.Compared with the sales staff general professional competency model,the competency of the sales staff of the secondary vocational school marketing specialty is not only consistent,but also certain differences. |
