Research On The Development Of Secondary Vocational Schools

This paper aims to explore the development of secondary vocational school in enterprises.Taking X city Y technical school as the research object,Firstly,the historical background and development of secondary vocational schools are combed.On this basis,the characteristics of running a secondary vocational school are summarized.Secondly,combined with the reality of economic and social development,the development status and problems of secondary vocational schools in enterprises are deeply analyzed,and then summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise running secondary vocational school.Finally,in order to solve the outstanding problems in the development of secondary vocational school in enterprises.This paper gives some suggestion from three levels: at the government level,government should support secondary vocational schools in enterprises and give some policy tilt;at the enterprise level,the enterprise should increase investment in all aspects of the enterprise running secondary vocational schools;at the school its own level,measures such as the reform should be taken.In a word,this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of secondary vocational school in enterprises.From the structure,this paper mainly divided into the following parts:The first part is mainly on the background of the research and practical significance of this paper?the definition of some relevant concepts? the literature review of the secondary vocational schools run by the enterprises.This part is focus on the important practical significance with the rapid development of the secondary vocational schools,especially in the transformation and promotion of enterprises,to achieve the overall promotion and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.The second part is mainly about the summary of the secondary vocational schools,include the development history and the development characteristics of the secondary vocational school in our country,and the difference between secondary vocational schools and public vocational schools and private vocational schools.This part is focus on the generation and development of the secondary vocational schools is conforming to the pace of social and economic development in China,it is the most important part of the education in China,and has its own characteristics of running school.The third part is mainly on the development of the Y technical school in X city,privately talk about the advantages and the disadvantages of this school and the representative problems among the process of its development.The fourth part is mainly about the common problems of the vocational schools run by the enterprises among their development process,and how to draw on the advantages and avoid disadvantages,how to play up strengths and avoid weaknesses,and make the most use of the advantages of the vocational schools run by the enterprises,and mobilize the initiative of all quarters,in order to clear the way and show the direction for the healthy development of secondary vocational schools in enterprises.
