With the development of economy and social cause after opening and reforming in our country, accountants in different levels are needed in large number. Many high educational colleges and universities as well as some secondary vocational schools offer accounting major to meet the demand. As for the secondary vocational schools, ethics education of accounting should be highly emphasized while practical skills are taught, which helps students to form the good quality of accounting ethics and build up a good foundation of being a qualified accountant. However, at present, most of the secondary vocational schools pay more attention to the building of accounting disciplines and the cultivation of students’accounting skills than the cultivation of accounting ethics. There are also many problems in accounting ethics education. This field objectively needs to be stressed on study to find the way to solve the existed problems, moreover, accounting ethics can be really emphasized.This paper discusses this field deeply. This paper is divided into three parts except the introduction. The first part explains the meaning of accounting ethics education. The students of accounting major should take the training of accounting ethics, which helps them to form the good quality of accounting ethics and contributes to their professional levels and a good working environment. The second part analyzes the main problems and the relevant causes in the secondary vocational school as follows:The objectives are not clear.The teaching contents are boring and dull.The teaching methods are monotonous.Be lack of professional teachers in this field.There are several causes which result in the above problems.The accounting ethics education is neglected by most of the secondary vocational schools.The assessment indexes are biased.Be lack of a good environment to develop the accounting ethics education.The third part brings forward the strategies to solve the problems. It identifies the objectives of accounting ethics education, then builds up the system of accounting ethics education, and emphasizes on cultivating the professional teachers in this field, riches the teaching contents, creates the teaching mode and methods, further makes the assessment system better and better.
